700,000 including 2,000 with first class degree apply for 500 firs jobzm

Babatude fowler the chairman federal inland revenue service has said that the organization received more than 700,000 application from the recent job advert it placed, he made this known on wednesday in abuja when he appeared before the house of representative committee on public petition.
The firs boss appeared at the lower chamber  followed a petition from some applicant who claimed to have been excluded from the employment process.
Fowler said that out of the 700,000 applicants more than 2,000 had first class degree in their various disciplines and we're qualified to be engage in the service. He said that the firs would recruit only 5000 people, adding that the exercise was. Designed to increase man power for tax revenue collection and expand the country's economy base. He assured that the organisation would ensure
fairness and due process in the recruitment process.
